2. Personal data we process

We may process the following information:

  • Enquiry and business contact data: your name, email address, telephone number, organisation, role and the content of your messages when you contact us.
  • Service and relationship data: information needed to discuss, provide or administer services, including project context and correspondence.
  • Technical data: IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information and security logs generated when the website is delivered.

Please do not send sensitive personal data unless it is necessary and we have agreed an appropriate way to receive it.

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies. If that changes, we will update this notice and, where required, request consent before placing them.

4. Sharing and international transfers

We may share personal data only where needed with cloud hosting, email and IT providers, professional advisers, service partners, or public authorities where the law requires it. These parties may act as processors under our instructions or as independent controllers for their own legal duties.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, we use an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, where required.

5. How long we keep data

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact, unless a longer period is needed to establish or defend legal claims. Client and transaction records are retained for the contract period and any additional period required by tax, accounting or other applicable law. Technical logs are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for security and service operation.

6. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal data, object to processing, receive portable data, and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.
